THE VILLAGE

Just before Vedanthangal there is a very neat village. Don't know the name of the place but its on the way, you can't miss it. Its very clean. Here a lady is drying paddy, smiling and singing a folk song

They may not be aware of it but they've been worshipping nature and natural forces for ages.

The white lines drawn in front of the hut are called kolam. Usually it is rice flour, to feed the ants and to keep them from coming inside the house.

Daylight Again
